The whole deal for me delaying and delaying this book was: a cyborg MC? But as I grew older and accepted/tolerated many different genres (and this series being highly recommended to me, here and IRL), I slowly got over that fact.

This is soo freaking good! I kept passing this book by thinking I wouldnt like it. But, it was sooo good! Now I'm going to have to start the second one! I loved it. Definitely futuristic, science fiction and of course a classic. A different retelling of Cinderella! A great book!!! ...more

Well, a little overhyped and pretty predictable (not even counting the fairytale retelling parts, I'm talking the big reveal), but overall an enjoyable read. I liked Cinder as a character and I actually felt for her throughout the story. I'll be continuing with this series, though I've heard mixed things about the other books. ...more
