I didn't feel like I could really get into it. Everyone else I know seems to have rated it very high, so it may be worth a reread when life settles down.

I don't know what to say about this book that hasn't already been said. The tone is pragmatic and otherworldy at the same time. The characters are well-drawn and the storytelling is superb.
