I was initially skeptical about this book, I haven't read many detective mysteries, but I was pleasantly surprised! There were moments were I couldn't believe how many characters I was being introduced to and how long I'd been reading for without any hint or a resolution; but actually, as Atkinson continues to throw new names into the mix, she's busy weaving a little web of connections that seem completely logical by the end of the book.
