Wow, that was so interesting! No idea why it took me few weeks tho, when I just sit up today and finish just like that. I mean once you get into the murder mystery, it's game over.
I love the story. The plot was mesmerizing and to see how all this proceeding page by page was a blessing. The characters are on point. The mystery is well-built and you're really eager to find the murder.

I ended up rating this book two stars (and I know that there are some people that will have a meltdown over that). Even if it is groundbreaking, it is still shallow with no character depth, a way too clearly laid out story, and cheesy writing. Maybe her others stories are better, but this one in particular just wasn't for me.

Great murder mystery and well written in a simplistic and easy to follow sort of way. My first Agatha Christie book and for sure not be my last.
This book was a waste of a reader's time. The writing was average at best. The formula was obvious. I understand that Christie may have invented the formula but I'm not impressed with how she just laid it out. Spoiler alert: they tell you who did it and then do NOTHING about it. There was no point to writing the three hundred plus pages!!!
