What Members Thought
The Grapes of Wrath, the best-known novel by John Steinbeck, published in 1939. It evokes the harshness of the Great Depression and arouses sympathy for the struggles of migrant farmworkers.
I thought I had read this years ago, but I realized I never did. The best book by far that I've read in a long time, and the message is still relevant to our economic conditions today. Loved it!
