I found this to be a mediocre story. The best parts were the chapters that focused on James Keene’s interactions with Larry Hall, but that was a limited portion of the book. There was the usual, not all that compelling, discussion of the personalities and careers of the law enforcement personnel and the attorneys (and judges) that were working the case. I think this could have been a better book if it had been fictionalized a bit. If it were ever made into a movie, it would be a great one. As it was written the characters really didn't grab me all that much. Still an enjoyable book. ...more
