What Members Thought
Overall, this is a terrific piece of work but parts of it can be tedious and boring. The story of the serial killer is what really makes the engine of this book go but there are nuggets of interest in the story of the Chicago World's Fair. On the whole though, I could have done with a lot less fair information...that part was kind of, well, dull.

Story of Chicago architecture and the building of the second World's Fair: edge-of-your-seat awesomeness. Story of serial killer with lurid details: superfluous and upsetting. Advice: read every other chapter and the book is perfect.
