Even when I have niggles with the story I think Lanyon's writing is superb.
The action part of the story was good, but pretty much unrelated to, well, anything. Taylor and Will do not talk or in any way advance their fragile relationship, plus they are now facing two year separation. Yeeeaaah. Right. Np.
Good continuation to DG- series. I'm very much looking forward to reading Dangerous Ground4: Night Moves. ...more

It's been about 5 months since the first book. And Taylor and Will are back on as partners and have been sent to retrieve a suspect and transport her back to headquarters. But they didn't expect to run in to all the problems they did. Plus in their personal lives they are trying to find their way and deal with the realities of how they work as a couple in regards to their obs.
