An interesting book and quite bold. I enjoyed reading it, even if I had to suspend belief at certain places. It worked. I thought that altough it was set in an alternative timeline, it did give lot of food for thoughts. Though I do know that I would not like to live in that version of world.

Another fascinating and gripping read by Tal Bauer! Wonderful characters and a fabulous chemistry that was perfectly balanced by the intense plot. So excited that this is a series and I'll get to keep following Jack and Ethan.

Will say, at times I found the outsider POV to be distracting/superfluous, and it is a bit long, though I was engaged enough the the words really did fly by.
