If this book hadn't fit into two challenges that I needed, I wouldn't have finished it. It is too chick-lit for me and at the same time it has the main characters eating normal humans, which is not what I want to read about. Amanda, Wendy and Gil care only about being seen in the best clothes at the best places and that is just tedious to me. I had been meaning to get this book for a while when Mark Henry was kind enough to offer it to me. I dug right into it and was hit in the face disturbing, snarky, fun, interesting and many times disgusting world. To be quite honest it took me a while to get used to the visual Mark throws at us and to learn to deal with such an Anti-Heroine.

I laughed out loud several times. This was a funny book. However, the main character, Amanda, is very unlikeable. She is shallow, selfish, catty, and mean. I thought it weird it mentioned how she really didn't have a lot of friends (when human), she was more of a loner.
