This second installment following Alex Craft, grave witch, shows her learning more about her developing power and fae mein while saving the world. I like Alex, though her confusion at being attracted to both Death and Falin seems a little silly to me; they're both attractive guys and she isn't in a relationship, beyond friendship and flirting, with either one.

I had a hard time sticking to this book. The first book was so much better.

She seems like she's just stumbling through with her powers and the situation that she's in... Not really impressed with her character right now. :/

Although I am intrigued by the Fae politics that she finds herself in... Hummm... Anyway... I find this particular story forgettable... :( It's not a 2 or lesser because I like the world built here. I just need a better plot and it seems like the next story coming looks juicy. ...more

A must read! Never been so hot for death before. Curious to find out death's real name.

Good plot, great story. Lacking in the romance side if your looking for hot and heavy. Writer's main focus is on story, I can't believe it! I like a good steamy romance when in the mood but this in my mind is the epitome of urban fantasy. My mouth is watering for more work from this author.
