So, I guess, yes, "chiseled" is a required adjective to use at least once in a vampire book.
Ok, I feel that to rate this book I should focus on the good that merits ("merits", gettit?) the second star, and it is Merit. And it is its interesting female characters, except Celina, that is a carton cut-out.
This book is even more frustrating than Magic Burns, and I love my Ekaterina, she is seriously fucked up, which explains the immatu ...more

I really enjoy these books - they are easy, fun, fast reads. But is anyone else bothered by the way she refers to women as "girls"? Or grown ass men, several who are hundreds of years old, as "boys"? Just me? Ok. Carry on.
