What Members Thought
(No original review)
Re-read March 2017 - I liked it very much, but it isn't my favorite, only because I thought that Mercy made some stupid decisions when dealing with the ghost/Blackwood situation. (view spoiler)

I LOVE Mercy Thompson and this series, but there was just something about this book that didn't quite do it for me. I liked it, but the story was just a bit different than the others and maybe since it wasn't what I was expecting, I didn't like it quite as well. Mercy was still her wonderful self and I was glad to see that Patricia Briggs didn't just blow off the rape and it's emotional aftermath.
