In many ways this is better than Twilight. I really loved it, except for one thing. Until page 130-something. There is no mention of the fact that Bianca is a vampire and she goes to a school full of vampires and her parents are vampires. Nada, Zip, Zero, Zilch. I had known that this was vampire romance, so i wasn't displeased with that aspect. That's why i read this book. At least this was better then the last book I read...
the writing is pretty decent. Although the plot was pretty predictable. I read a review that said there was a "major twist" - ah... not so much. I saw that coming a mile away. I am often bothered by books that just sort of end, without closing at least some portion of a plot - what I mean is if you think of the Harry Potter books - there was an overall story arc, but each book had a plot inside that story arc and each book had an ending that c ...more
