What Members Thought
I started with Book 3 before getting my hands on 1 to start the series. I am not sure if I had read one first that I would have been terribly interested in pursuing the series as this one is a little ordinary but it does provide good grounding for the characters and Charlaine Harris refines the story, and it improves as the series progresses if you are not sure, give the next two a try first before giving up if you are usually a fan of this genre.

A fun read for a bit of an escape. Love the characters but wish for more development.
Loved this series! Had the perfect mix of action, humor, fantasy, and romance. One of my favorite series!
Such a fun book!
Not bad, not great either... Still a quick fun read.
