I just can't get enough of this series. It's no secret that my favorite writing duo is Ilona Andrews. The quality of their writing keeps me wanting more and more.

Amazing! Hopefully not the end of this world as I want more!

You finally find out what Nevada's family can do and why. Nevada and Rogan are adorable together and I like that they discuss issues. More of the conspiracy plot is learned. Lots of scary action and some new characters as Nevada is hired to find the missing husband of Rogan's former fiancee.

When life hits you in the gut, it's always a sucker punch.

Nevada has decided to officially list the Baylor family as a House. The process causes a variety of other Houses to create havoc for Nevada and her family. Connor's ex-fiancée is requesting help to find her missing husband. Nevada's relationship with Connor "Mad" Rogan is still new enough that she is unsure of feelings towards Rynda. It doesn't help that Nevada allowed the death of Rynda's mother in the previous book.

Nevada and Connor

The final chapter on the conspiracy to destroy Houston. Nevada confronts her Grandmother, she finds she loves Connor/Mad Rogan, we meet Rogan’s former fiancé and The Baylor’s file to become a house with three Primes.

I loved this Series and I hope to read Catalina’s story soon.

I'm hoping for more in this world because even though I loved this book I felt like there were some (pretty big) threads still hanging. As a series ender, I don't know if I'd give it quite 5 stars because of that but when I thought about all this things I loved as I was reading, that ended up meaning less to me. White Hot romance and fast paced action for the feminist reader.

It's been a few years now since I stopped feeling ashamed of liking romance books as much as I do. But I like good books, with well developed characters who's motives and decisions make sense. Who look like real people I can relate to and that I can understand if not necessarily like. I doubt you'll be surprised that the list of romance books I like is then quite short.

I'm just gonna say this right off the bat. If (view spoiler) is freaking Caesar, I am going to throw whichever book finally reveals his secret identity across the room. Caesar better be somebody we haven't met yet. Somebody who is so nefarious and living in the shadows that we can't possibly know him. Since we're moving on to Catalina's story next, maybe he can be Count Kissy Face's dad. But NOT who I think that epilogue was trying to make me think it is. ...more

Ilona Andrews duo delivers another amazing read! I absolutely love Nevada. Connor is pretty amazing as well. I can't wait to see what happens next for the Baylor Family.

This is definitely one of my favorite series. I not only love the main characters, but the entire Baylor family are great.
