A fascinating dark dystopian with an amazing central character in Melanie. I found her equally endearing and creepy. The story always surprised and excited me and raised lots of ethical questions. None of the characters are what you expect. A fair few stupid decisions by otherwise intelligent characters of the don't go down the dark alley in the middle of the night by yourself variety. Parks really got to me.

This was a very interesting and thought provoking book. It moved fairly quickly and there were some very likable characters, although there were times I felt a bit bogged down by all of the details.
