2 and 1/2 stars.

I'm torn on whether I want to review this as the analyst or the reader.

Because the analyst in me is impressed, sort of. The book gives us an emotional trainwreck, and a convincing one at that. not really my cup of tea. really interesting world. well built, but I just didn't get into it until at least half way through. I think I just didn't have empathy for the characters. a little bit predictable. mind candy?

There were a couple delicious quotes, some thing about a character having a spacious view of what was his (related to stealing) and another that I can't quite think of at the moment.
