Powerful and moving. Also, a really quick read thanks to the verse format.

I loved this one. I loved how Reynolds went about telling the story. The ending is ambiguous powerful.

I hope this is a book that gets into the hands of teens that need it, and I hope it finds it's way into discussions in classrooms and book clubs.

I enjoyed reading the UK version with the illustrations. Long Way Down was without question one of my favorite stories and a definite classroom favorite of 2017.

Powerful novel in verse that tackles the hard truths about the impossible rules we give young men and the wide reaching consequences of those demands.

So powerful. Written in verse amplifies every line of dialogue, every adjective and repeated turn of phrase.
Wow.

Nothing short of phenomenal. Hearing the book read by the author himself was such a great experience.

I loved this. Loved the prose, the suspense, the creativity. I also loved how the ending was left up in the air and could mean a number of things...
