Shelves: fantasy

I was pleasantly surprised with this book as it's not my typical genre anymore. The last 1/3rd of the book blew my mind with it's twist as I love books that surprise me! Very well written. I loved Sage's attitude even if he did annoy me once in a while. The end of the book wrapped up the story and the entire book made sense! Thank you, Jennifer. Such a fun read. Took a little to get fully into the story, but once there never looked back. The characters are very well written, the twists in the story, not what is expected. I loved it and will be starting the next book in the series to see how the story continues!

Was recommended this book and I really did enjoy it. It was a quick read had I read it all at once but in pieces it was still good. I will look forward to the next book when I get a chance to read it and it comes out (if its not out yet) thanks
