This is one of those times I wish Goodreads did half stars. I would really give this 2.5 stars. It was a quick read, with good promise, but ultimately missed the mark.
The Thorn and the Blossom advertises itself as a two sided love story.
The accordion fold of the book was interesting, but made it difficult to hold and read the book. (strike 1).

Okay okay I 'll admit it. What drew me to this book was not the plot but the way the book was package. I know I know I should be ashamed
:-) . This book is packaged in a box and you pull the book out like an accordion. On one side their is Evelyn Morgan side of the events and the other side is Brendan Thorne description of the events.
