Shelly Laurenston is my hero! I swear, every book I've read of hers just keeps me laughing and marking quotes to laugh over later. If you've never read one of her books, just read ONE! You'll soon devour the rest. I thought this series was more romance/erotica, and it is. But it's so much more. There's always a great plot, lots of action, tons and tons of humor, and I've never really laughed so much during a sexy scene. Don't get me wrong, she can write some hot and steamy love scenes. This series is a fun and quick read. There isn't any great epic plot or danger threatening world civilization but the characters are zany and the dialog makes me laugh. It's not war and peace but it is a great beach read.
