Shea and Ethan have a very extensive history together. Too bad we don't get to know what it is until 3/4 of the book is over. It was frustrating, and I think I would have felt a lot more connected with them if I could have understood where they were each coming from. Their history as a couple is constantly hinted at. Author Christy Reece has a gift. She can take the most over-the-top plot and have you buy it without the slightest roll of your eyes. It's really quite a talent.

Love love
At first it looks like Shea (h) has turned (bad LCR angent)and is working for the enemy. Ethan (H), former lover and partner in LCR is the one who needs to go and capture her and see if it's true. What can I say. I am hooked on this author. This series is prob one of my favorites so far! Her characters are built so perfectly that you spend week after finishing the book still with this image in your mind. The romance/suspense is just right and she never fails when putting in a good storyline. The main character Ethan, was mention in the last book and it was just enough information to know his past when beginning to read this book. the way all the juicy info gets poured out in this book is ...more
