wow i adored this book!
i havnt read anything by Cassandra Clare for more then a year and truth be told didnt really like her last work (4th book from mortal instruments), but here she again showed me why i ADORED her, when i started reading her books, once again. in this one she absolutely outdid herself!
after half of the book i cried every 30-40 pages, but at the end i wasnt simply wetting my eyes... i could feel rivers coming down my face :D but i loved the ending anyways... it was heartwret ...more

I just finished the whole book last night (without doing my homework for the sake of WILL HERONDALE.)
and I'll start by saying this book is the best!!!!! It was epic and beautiful! Until, I read the epilogue which ruined everything....
To sum it up.
But seriously Cassandra what are you thinking when you wrote the epilogue. I mean the epilogue was sweet and all but after reading it this is how I felt:

Do you know that mixed feelings of loss and pleasure upon finishing a really good book, much more an entire series? That's what I am feeling right now.
Full review to follow soon. Just let me gather my thoughts.

Why must we wait?? I'm really torn about which guy I want Tessa to be with (not that it matters *sniff* Mrs. Clare had this planned out from the begining.) But I love both Will and Jem. Will more than Jem especially after Clockwork Prince. Wait...I lied. I like Jem more. Wait..no Will...um..But I disliked Will (a tinsy bit)after Clockwork Prince too. Sure you have a curse...but you expect everyone to just be okay that you acted like a douche to keep them safe? No. I really hope Will redeems hims

What do I do with myself now that I know the fate of my favourite characters? A good book is one that makes you laugh out loud, long for such a romance and adventure and cry with happiness and grief. Clare managed to do all and more. Probably my favourite series to date and into the foreseeable future.
I loved the book. hated the epilogue. but I'm excited to see if Tessa shows up in mortal instruments. .
