What Members Thought
Not at all what I was expecting. Very disjointed, rambling. Ok, it is like a Robert Anton Wilson novel. A mismash of conspiracies, pop-culture, literature, cleverness and craziness. But to me the graphic novel did not live up to the promise of the concept. The focus on de Sade was distracting,disturbing and apparently unnecessary. This is only volume 1 but not very satisfying so I will not continue. If you like the subject matter, read the works that inspired this instead. It also seems to have ...more
