Fantastic! Loved the book! Max is a terminally ill person with nothing to live for and only a month to live. He's a gamer from his younger days and he discovers that there is a way to become "immortal" by becoming permanently stuck in an alternative universe game. He learns that rules don't always apply the same when the game becomes your life. The story takes place in the 2030s, so all is not so farfetched. Very entertaining, lots of action, lots of gaming comedy.

Faced with an inoperable brain tumor and one month left to live, Max searches for a way to extend his life. He discovers that gamers around the world are going 'perma' in virtual realities, leaving their bodies behind and living forever in the game of their choice. Although he left the gaming world behind years ago, he's adept at MMORPGs. Max chooses Alterworld, and begins the game.

Ich selbst liebe Computerspiele auch und bisher hat das Thema immer eine große Faszination auf mich ausgeübt. Konn
