What Members Thought
Such a powerful, tear-jerker of a tale, told in a way that is digestible even for a younger child. The story is a quick read and really tells what the holocaust was like for a young jewish girl living in France. The fact that so many people risked their own lives to save her and so many others like her is a testament to human compassion.

This is another book that I saw at the Holocaust museum in Washington DC. I'm glad I read it. A very nice way to introduce World War II to children.
