This is Dekkers second best book (Three is the best). This book is truly amazing. Like Black, I have also read this one several times. I would love to see this series brought to life on the big screen, though they probably couldn't do it justice.

I don't even know where to begin. What an incredible book. I was literally sobbing when I read the last couple of chapters. It's pretty much parallel to the story of Jesus and the cross. An indirect retelling, sort of. Just add fantasy with different characters, epic battles, shocking plot twists and emphasis on romance. It was hard to put this book down -- so amazing and fantastically-written. I just might have to name this my favorite Ted Dekker book I've read yet.

with the growing threat of the virus Thomas Hunter is trying to stop the virus from going worldwide and killing everyone in one world but in the other they are trying to stop the horde and follow in justin's footsteps. It was really good with it switching between the books which it just kept getting better and better.
