THIS BOOK ENDED ON THE MOST ANNOYING CLIFF HANGER. And now I have to wait another year until I can continue this amazing series! I loved all the people and loved the plot with all its twists and turns! I just LOVED this book! Defiantly a must read for all YA lovers!

To read or not to read: Read. Whilst Rebel of the Sands never hit me with the massive wow factor that many claimed to feel, it certainly got better towards the end and is definitely a very decent book. I look forward to seeing Hamilton develop as a writer!

Went into this book not really knowing much about the story or even that there was going to be a fantasy theme throughout.

I turned out to really enjoy the story and characters. I’ll be interested to start the next book in the series and see where the story progresses to. This is very much a YA novel, but a good quick read in a well built world.
