DNF @ 25% (although I did read the last 5 chapters)
I read over 25 chapters of this book and just couldn't get into it. I was just getting more and more frustrated. It is unfortunate I didn't read this right after I read the first back in 2018 because I might have enjoyed it more then.
So, writing style wasn't for me and it made it feel really slow. I disliked the "romance" which honestly felt thrown in and not really thought out. The ending is also super abrupt???? If I was invested I would have ...more
