Ohh, look, a new series! And I smell potential!

I have to admit, there are some things that annoy me at the main character.
But it's fun and interesting and it could be something that will get better the more I read.

So this first book didn't blow me away completely, but I'm intrigued enough that I'll definitely keep going with the series. This was bit of a slow start, in the sense that I kind of feel like the real story here didn't even start until the last few chapters, but now that it has started, I really want to know how it unfolds...
