I really enjoyed this book - it's possibly one of my fave books of the series, all things said and done.

This is definitely not a pairing I saw coming the first time I read the book - Silver Mercant mating a changeling of all things wasn't something I could expect, but after reading this book, it seems like a natural fact that of course she'd mate a changeling, and a bear at that.

Sigh. I wish I could explain how and why Ms. Singh has so thoroughly sucked my into her Psy-Changling world. I don't particularly care for Paranormal Romance - much preferring its closely interwoven genre of Urban Fantasy. But, here is one series where I will always willingly pick it up and skim over the obligatory sex scenes to spend time with her characters and her world.
