3.5 stars - I have read all of Monroe's Children of the Moon books and have liked her wolf shifter romances set in medieval Scotland enough to stick with the series even though there were some pretty long waits between the first few. I have also liked that recently Monroe had expanded her world to include avian shifters, but her leading man this time topped them all – Dragon shifter. In a kilt. Need I say more?
