Outstanding...this was an excellent story...I love Jim and his buds...Isaac and Grier...awesome. I was pulled in right from the beginning and couldn't put this book down. The story lines where easy to keep up with...the pace was great and the character development both primary and secondary where fantastic. I'm in love with series and can't wait to see where J.R. takes us next.
I can't stress enough how good this book/series is...I highly recommend Crave...it will leave you CRAVING for more... ...more

Dark and gritty, and full of dangerous (and a few tormented) males...
Another soul is at the cross roads and up for grabs. Heaven is ahead by one soul, but Hell is up to bat and the first team (Heaven or Hell) to get a majority in seven skirmishes wins it all. With this second entry, Ward solidifies her new Fallen Angels series and get past some of the things that bothered me in the first book: Jim Herron, the sole entity ‘allowed’ to influence the soul’s decision, has definitely gotten his wing ...more

These angels are really growing on me! The battle of good v. evil continues, as Jim and his gang of angels take on their next soul saving mission: Isaac Rothe, a black-ops soldier and target of an assassin.
Darker and grittier than Covet, Crave delves more into the deep and sinister corners of Devina's world, and the lengths she's willing to go to stop Jim from winning this war. She is evil personified in a pair of Louboutins! She's a great villain who just gets under your skin and makes you hop ...more

JIm the semi angelic angel has another soul to save in this horrible game, between good and evil. I have a big problem with the constant reference to it being a game. It is a very sick game and Jim is willing to sell his body and soul not to lose his game pieces(souls). I was in sock at the sudden sexual torture scene in the story, no what it was but how it was described. I would have liked to use more of my imagination. All through the rest of the book I had that horrible vision of Jim on Devin

It's worth it to plug through reading Covet to get to this one. The action started off at the beginning and it moved along at a good pace. We get to dig deeper into 3 of the angels' background and lives and I really liked this. I foresee Jim becoming a very important Angel in future books. He's powers are already surpassing the other angels'.

Apparently I had read this in March 2011. Totally forgot the story. Remembered the main characters, though.
I absolutely loved this book! Can't wait for more. I recommend this book to everyone!
