This started out rough, it was a hard to read beginning. Abuse, extreme and demoralizing had me just about to delete it from my Kindle. I really liked this book. The story of Axel

and Izzy

is tragic, but at the same time, heart warming. I love the amount of drama in this book, the more the better for me. I love the side characters in Axel. I can’t wait for their books, especially Maddox. The chemistry between Axel and his princess was hot.

So there were parts I liked and parts that had me doing those eye roll exercises. Sometimes, a girl just wants a semi-normal guy. All the men in here were introduced, and as they introduced they were bigger than the last guy (muscle and height) it seemed. Until Axel is introduced and he's the tallest and musclest of them all. If you throw this all out and make them normal guys who happen to workout due to their job, it's a decent book. I definitely pictured them as normal men though I rolled my
