Having conflicted feeling for this book. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good book, which is kinda rare these days. But, there's some parts that I definitely think can do better that this. And since it is rated somewhere between 4.6 or 4.7 for me and Goodreads didn't offer half star, I'll just settle with 5 stars for it.

Shelves: read-by-audio, adult, urban-fantasy, z2023

Narrator was Cynthia Holloway and she did a good job. I felt like the story was hard to follow at times but it might have been my mind wondering while listening. Overall, I enjoyed it. I liked the MC’s character development and the story progression. I plan to continue the series.
