It started off slow; but as the story unfolded I found myself more and more drawn in. I listened to the audiobook versus reading the book and found it to be just as good as reading it myself. If the right person(s) are reading it, it's worth the listen.

Shelves: sexy-times, mystery-crime

I'm pretty meh about this book. Honestly, I didn't enjoy it much but, three stars because it was written well and I see the appeal.

I didn't like it mostly because of Rachel's character. If I can't like the main character it is hard to read the book... especially if I dislike ALL the characters. I only liked Cathy and she barely showed up.

Also the mystery was really slow going because Rachel doesn't remember the night well. So, because of that the book was mostly her stupid decisions while drunk ...more
