This book is AMAZING! It’s hard to put down. I love Maggie and Kai. The differences between this dystopian future and others I have read are fascinating and compelling. You should definitely read this!

3.5 stars. This was great start to an urban fantasy series. The post-climate crisis world was super interesting and the magic system based on clan powers was fascinating. I've never read an urban fantasy novel that drew so heavily on Native American themes and magic, and I really enjoyed it. Maggie sort of gave me Kate Daniels vibes throughout (view spoiler).
