This book is about Shay and Kennedy. Quarterback and the hot girl with a chip on her shoulder: I found this book okay. I do not consider it Tijan's best work. When the name states "Hate".....I guess I was expecting some hate. Unfortunately Kennedy gave into to fast and then at the 40% mark it just became flat lined. It was typical college drama. I don't know....this book was well written it flowed okay. It just missed something. Anyways it's a cute college romance novel. Unfortunately not enough

Tijan is one of top favourite 1-click authors and this book certainly did not disappoint me! in fact I felt slightly guilty, like I was betraying my love Mason Kade as Shay Coleman snuck up and stole a piece of my heart too <3
Once I started this book I could not put it down and was hooked completely! Not only did I love the main characters Shay Coleman and Kennedy Clarke but I also loved all the other characters too Linde, Casey and Kristina. I'm kinda hoping that this is the start of another gr ...more

I absolutely loved this book. It reminded me a little of Fallen Crest, which I adore. I would not mind at all this book becoming a series. I loved the relationship between Shay and Kennedy. Starting off "hating" each other and then there relationship growing. I loved the friendships they made. Everything they overcame I loved how they supported each other and their friends. Also and almost most importantly the hotness that is Shay is off the charts.( I love his smirks). I am so happy to have won

An emotionally charged read that deals with the darker side of college and of the world. I'm glad the author tackled those issues in college. She brought attention to it when other books I've read just skim through it and act like it's nothing. So, bravo to the author!
