I just feel relief at finally just giving up on this ridiculous book. No more.
I am done with this series and done with Maas. Enough with the perfect, gorgeous, graceful, skilled, strong, supernaturally talented characters, all with hair trigger tempers and a complete inability to, you know, just DEAL, without being so fucking offended by everything.
So Much Bullshit Posturing

It took me most of the book to remember the main character was from the first couple of books-why can’t there be a character list in this series. Also once again the bridging between books isn’t great. That said, I liked the healer very much and enjoyed this book more than any of the last three. Adult content.
You can't really talk about these books without spoiling things, but I will say that I tandem read this with Empire of Storms and I thought they worked really well together. Yrene is a fantastic character and I'm enjoying how everything is weaving together.
