This was much better than I thought it would be. It helped that the story centers on the journalist Mikael.Blomkvist and that the author seemed to have his character down pat. I was a bit disappointed that Lisbeth doesn't play a very active role. But what I really didn't like was the way the story was left up on the air as if setting the stage for yet another sequel.
