I hate to give this book a 2. The concepts themselves are spot on. I cut my child's toys to 25% several months before reading this book and it marked a huge difference in our lives. It only makes sense that minimizing in other areas of our lives would also make a difference.

Unfortunately, the author offers no real suggestions. I'm already on board with minimizing, so I did not need to read 300 pages of ramblings on why simplification is important. What I do need is suggestions on what works best

While I didn't agree 100% with everything in this book, so much of it resonated with me. It got a bit wordy at times, but overall, I found it to be an excellent read & am excited to implement what I've learned & refer back to it often. I highly recommend it. ...more
