This story is an interesting mix of a cold-case investigation and a possible miscarriage of justice situation. There were arrests made based on confessions after 8 years of investigation, but those convictions we're all subsequently overturned. I'm totally a skeptic and an establishmentarian at heart, so the whole idea of thousands of innocent people in our prison system doesn't really ring true to me, but still this was an interesting case to learn more about. ...more
