Nick Podehl is one of my favorite narrators, and while this is no Carter Finally Gets It, he's still awesome. The other guy is good too, although their voices are similar enough that it takes a few chapters to realize which Will Grayson is speaking. The story itself is funny and poignant, but maybe a bit over-the-top theatrical for a recovering theatre geek. ...more

I can't bring myself to give this YA book a five star review, even though I really enjoyed it as it was highly entertaining - Tiny Cooper may be the most memorable YA character produced the last few years. The fact that several of the main characters were gay was handled so well that I think we are making real progress here...they had plenty of teen angst, but not necessarily gay angst which I appreciated. The Wills rang very true...each with his own struggles. I wasn't a big fan of the musical. ...more

What a wonderful, quirky little book. I loved all of the misadventures between the Wills, Tiny, and Jane. The ending was a little corny but it made me tear up a little so there's that. I enjoyed it quite a bit. ...more
