i did enjoy this book even if it was a bit predictable. However, as a former professional stage manager I take issue with Mr. Federle's portrayal of stage mangers in this story! There is no way that the dance staff would know the backstage workings of a show better than the stage managers! Admittedly, the author does take pot shots at most if not all of the production team!

This inspiring, hilarious, marvelous follow-up to Better Nate Than Ever is great fun to read. Tim Federle not only gets theater, he gets kids. Nate's fumbling entry into the world of Broadway may seem like an experience few can relate to, but it will ring true for any kid who's had to try something new, work to feel included in the cool group, and wanted something so bad that he dreams of little else.
