I really liked this book. I know Riley Sager books are hit or miss for some people but so far all his books have been hits for me.
The slow burn mystery of this book was nice though I feel it was a bit off for a summer release as it had more of a fall feel to the book with the slow burn aspect. I loved the way this book was more about grief and loss in the end than an actual out there plot twist which Sager is known for. It was kind of nice to not have an out there ending for once ...more

Sager has done it again! This one took me a bit longer to get into I will admit, but he has once again succeeded in completely fooling me and tripping me up multiple times at the end with twists. I legitimately had no idea who the culprit was and there were times I was really on the edge of my seat and even kind of freaked out reading this, which isn’t normal for me.
