I really wanted to love this book because I was looking forward to reading it. Unfortunately I was bored out of my mind. I had a lot of time to read it because my internet was acting out (not working) but I was rather staring at the wall than reading it.

There so much information at first but we don't get context right a way for some things so it get confusing. It's info dumpy and overly descriptive. I really didn't need to know a lot of it.

This was such an atmospheric read! I loved everything about it: the difference between the potential love interests, Lore's personality and depth, how she's got a morally bad ability but doesn't use it in a bad way. Also, BASTIAN. ahhhh Bastian is a new book boyfriend, I love the cocky bantery humourous men who joke around but have lots of depths. Who are sweet and loving but aren't cruel at all. This book was great, and that ending! There's still hope for the three of them! ...more
