I started out reading it, but then picked up the audio book. I was enjoying it the first way, but am glad I started over on audio with this full cast for the roles in this book.
This was a heartbreakingly, beautiful and sad tale of the rise and eventual fall of Daisy Jones & The Six.
It was like I was listening to Unsung or Behind the Music or some other show that gives you info about the celebrities (singers or otherwise) that you've come to know and love.

Ok, guys, why didn't I read this sooner? This book was MAGNETIC. I could not put it down. I would have read it in one sitting if I hadn't started it close to bed time and our bodies require this thing called sleep.

Taylor Jenkins Reid is an amazing author. This is a fantastic book with a great premise and a very unusual and imaginative format. Daisy Jones and the Six is a fascinating story told with amazing intricacy that delves into the minds of very complex and dynamic characters. The format is original and magnificent. The story feels incredibly real. If you’re wanting to read this book, I highly recommend the audio. The full cast narration is nothing short of magic. I need this book on my personal shel

First off - the audiobook is the way to go with this one. The narrators did an excellent job of making you feel the characters. That raspy voice of Daisy made her feel like a rockstar. I enjoyed this book - and with multiple points of view - sometimes some of them didn't feel necessary, but they did contribute to the vibe of the book. The rockstar lifestyle, the power of the group - all of it had me enthralled.

there is nothing really wrong with this book and it si good to see an historical fiction that looks at something different. I thought the author managed to capture the feel of touring and the music industry. It just didn't really speak to me I am more of a classics person as far as music is concerned

I loved this book. It came across as real and genuine. I had to double check to make sure this wasn't a real band. I loves all the stories and the interactions of the band members. Would recommend this book for sure.
