Oh, how I love this trilogy. I can’t believe I let it sit on my TBR for an entire two years??

I love Holly Black’s world-building and plot lines, the only complaint I have is I wish there were more Jude and Cardan moments, but I think this trilogy’s enemies-to-lovers was done well so I can’t complain too much.

When a book is worth every single bit of the hype...WOW! The scheming, the politics, the family...I loved every single second of this trilogy.

I see a lot of people criticizing the hate-love that Jude and Cardan experience, but I simply view this as immature love that needed the time to grow. You know how the boy on the playground pulls the girls pigtails and tells her she is ugly, but then five years later they are high school sweethearts? This was the best conclusion to a trilogy that I have read in awhile everything was well wrapped up with nothing left out. I have always liked the characters but in this last book Jude's sisters I like them so much more than before and Cardan has really redeemed himself I really liked how the romance between him and Jude turned out by the end of the story. I really liked it! How everything ended is a bit predictable but the winding road in which the ending came about was unexpected so that was great. I do wish it was longer or maybe that she would start another series with the characters.

I so loved this trilogy.
To be honest, I was hesitant at first, but the beautiful writing got me sucked right into Faerieland, and I could not be happier! I am officially a Holly Black fan!
