I love Erin Morgenstern's writing, especially in The Starless Sea.

Her writing makes all of these impossible scenarios in her book seem so vivid and real. A sea made up of blue confetti paper? An entire town made from paper inhabited by dolls? An underground library with hidden passages and tons of cats?

Yes. I'm living for all of it.

I really loved this book even if it too awhile to really get going I do think the author really outdid herself with this book. The characters are very interesting especially Zachary and Dorian I really liked how their story plays out from start to finish. I also really like the other characters they are very well developed and they really add something to the story. I really liked the stories that were spread throughout the book it helped develop the story more. I really liked the plot it was ve ...more

I am not sure what I read but I'm pretty sure I love this. This audiobook was fun! There's so many narrators it keeps the story going. It really brought the story to life so I don't know if I would have enjoyed reading this (which is shocking to myself!).

This is a weaving of one storyline (Zachary Ezra) and a combination of short stories, book excerpts and a diary. Zachary is a grad student in Vermont who finds a book that starts an adventure with Dorian and Mirabel. As a main character, Zachar

This is actually a 4,5 star book, not 4. But also not completely 5. But it was very nice.
